Warranty

This Warranty does not apply to and expressly excludes any application to commercial vehicles or vehicles used for commercial purposes at any time previous to, presently, or during the course of this warranty period.

AG or its agents shall not accept liability for nor be responsible from any alleged defect in the Product or loss or damage arising from such alleged defect arising or occurring from or related to:

• Workmanship errors and faulty workmanship such, but not limited to, high spots, streaks, and low spots are not covered.
• Deterioration of factory-installed equipment including paint or any other treated part of substandard specification, materials or workmanship by vehicle manufacturer, their dealership, third-party supplier or modifier, or professional detailers not authorized by AG.
• Swirl marks, marring, scratches, scuffs, scrapes, chips to the painted surface, hard water spots existing prior to the date of application and which cannot be removed by the installer prior to installation.
• Pre-existing damage or deterioration to any surface to which the Product is applied and/or any claim for matters which are covered by vehicle manufacturers’ warranty.
• Damage caused by manual or automatic wash brushes, contaminated and/or abrasive cloths and sponges, untreated areas due to accident damage and/or their subsequent repairs, and/or damage caused by impact with a foreign object (i.e., stone chips).
• Any non-clear-coated or matte finishes, extreme weather conditions, secondary effects that may result from the foregoing, or any other force majeure.
• Loss or damage caused by road salts and chemicals and/or overspray or other exposure to paint.
• Owner’s failure to repair and re-treat surfaces subject to accident damage in accordance with the warranty.
• Damage caused by any alteration or modification to the vehicle surfaces.
• Damage caused by manufacturer’s defects.
• Damage to the vehicle prior to product application as disclosed or documented by the AG installer.
• Failure to adhere to any requirements listed under the “General Terms and Conditions”.
• Damage or structural failure occurring as the result of racing applications or willful abuse of Product and/or vehicle upon which it is applied.
• Damage caused by or arising from either accidental or malicious acts of the Owner and/or third parties, including but not limited to fire, flood extreme weather condition and secondary events that may result from any of the foregoing and/or force majeure.

AG is not liable for special, consequential or incidental damages or losses.

Schedule A: Financial Limitations & Claim Process

Financial Limitations:

In the event of a warranty claim, this warranty and AG’s obligations under this warranty are expressly limited to the following maximum amounts at AG’s sole option and discretion:

• AG or its agents shall arrange the necessary approvals for warranty repairs and coating reapplication to be carried out, or;
• Pay the owner of the warrantied vehicle a maximum amount of $2,000 or the cost of coating application (whichever is less) in full and final settlement of the customer’s claim under this warranty.

Under no circumstances is AG liable or responsible for special, incidental or consequential damages or losses and AG’s financial liability is limited to the amounts set forth herein.

General Warranty Invalidations:

In addition to any other term, condition or limitation within this Warranty, this Warranty will be deemed null and void in the event of one or more of the following:

• Transfer of ownership of the vehicle to which the Product is applied.
• Failure to maintain the vehicle according to the standards and techniques recommended by AG.
• Use of abrasive compounds and polishes and third-party products not approved by AG or an AG certified installer.
• Collisions, accidents or other physical damage or loss to the vehicle or vehicle surfaces.
