Warranty

• This guarantee is subject to the terms and conditions of the agreement.
• If all applicable fees and taxes are paid, Avant Guard Inc. guarantees that the Avant Guard coating will protect the vehicle, boat, or unit’s finish, in whole or in part, as per warranty duration outlined in Schedule “A”.
• The guarantee is only valid when the coating is inspected, serviced, and applied in a licensed facility by an Avant Guard Inc. trained technician.

• Avant Guard coating must be inspected within 18 months of application.
• The inspection is the sole responsibility of the client.
• The client is responsible for any inspection fees charged by the installation location.
• Both the client and the installation center must retain a copy of the inspection for guarantee validation.
• Failure to comply with these conditions will render the guarantee VOID.

Any inspection or attempt to service the Avant Guard coating by anyone outside of a certified Avant Guard installer will:

• Render the guarantee void.
• Remove any responsibility from Avant Guard Inc. and its affiliates.

• The Avant Guard coating was sold by an authorized dealer, licensee, or partner.
• The dealer/licensee confirms the paint and/or gel coat are in good condition and suitable for application.
• The Avant Guard application was applied by a certified technician at a certified facility.

• Damage to the Avant Guard coating
• Stone chips, collision, fire, willful damage
• Negligent or unlawful behavior
• Car washes: spinning brush, handheld, automatic
• Repainted or repaired panels
• Accessories added post-application
• Exposure to acid, chemicals, fuels, bleach, paint, inks, dyes, oil, and corrosive materials
• Dust particles and dirt debris
• Appearance changes due to protective components

• Paint bodywork or gel coat repair has been applied within 60 days before or after application.
• Paint sealants, protective coatings, or other applications have been used.
• Anyone other than an Avant Guard licensed technician has inspected or serviced the coating.

• Vinyl trim
• Glass
• Chrome
• Headlamps/covers
• Aluminum and metal parts
• Rubber parts

• Flaws, factory defects, deficiencies, warranties in treated materials, installation, or manufacturing.
• Services or repairs covered by:
  • Repairer’s guarantee or warranty
  • Manufacturer or agreement warranty
  • Insurance policies
• Incidental, direct, indirect, consequential, or special damages.

1. The client must take the unit to the licensed location where the coating was applied.
2. The licensed facility must contact claims@agprocoatings.com with a copy of the new inspection report and original payment receipt.
3. A certified guarantee expert must inspect the unit before authorization.
4. The guarantee is fulfilled by re-application to the guaranteed panels.
